-Underframe beam: It is directly connected to the car base and bears the load pressure at the bottom of the car. Jutuo Technology combines the "Composite Type Car Base Based on Press Riveting Connection" patent technology to optimize the structural design of the underframe beam. At the same time, it adds reinforcement rib layouts to enhance the impact resistance of the underframe beam, meeting the requirements of different load capacities (0.5t - 5t) of elevators. 
-Carriage frame column: A vertical supporting component that connects the upper and lower beams of the carriage frame, serving to bear the longitudinal load and fix the carriage body. Its verticality and structural strength directly affect the running stability of the carriage. The carriage frame columns of Jutuo Technology are made from high-precision seamless steel pipes through cutting and processing. The verticality error is controlled within 0.5mm, and the surface is treated with electroplating anti-rust treatment, which can adapt to complex shafting environments such as dampness and high dust. At the same time, the length can be customized according to the size of the carriage, suitable for different scenarios such as commercial elevators with large carriages and household elevators with small carriages. 
-Carriage pull rod: A component that assists in fixing the carriage structure, used to enhance the overall rigidity of the carriage and prevent it from shaking or deforming during elevator operation. It is particularly suitable for the operation requirements of high-speed elevators. Jutuo Technology's carriage pull rods are made of high-strength alloy steel and have undergone tensile stress tests, capable of withstanding long-term repeated tensile impacts.
